TOPS University Diploma

  • 24 total units
  • English, math, science, and social studies requirements
  • Foreign language and art requirements
  • Health and physical education requirements
  • Electives and additional required coursework

Jump Start TOPS Tech Diploma

  • 23 total units for many current cohorts
  • English, math, science, and social studies requirements
  • Health and physical education requirements
  • Jump Start course sequence
  • Industry-based credential and career preparation components

Requirements may vary by cohort year, diploma pathway, and student plan. Families should verify individual requirements with the school counselor.

Individual Graduation Plan

The Individual Graduation Plan, often called the IGP, helps students and families plan courses, graduation requirements, and postsecondary goals.

Students should review and update their plans with their school counselor as interests, course selections, and future goals change.

Graduation planning is a shared process.

Students, families, teachers, school counselors, and administrators work together to make sure students stay on track for graduation and life after high school.
