Retired Employee Athletic Pass

Honoring Your Service to APS

The Avoyelles Parish School Board is pleased to offer complimentary athletic passes to retired APS employees in recognition of their dedicated years of service.

Retired employees have made a lasting difference in the lives of APS students, families and communities. This complimentary pass is one way the district can express its appreciation for that service.

Eligible retirees must complete the application and identification process in person through the Avoyelles Parish School Board Central Office.

How to Obtain a Pass

The application and identification process must be completed in person.

Complete an Application

Visit the Avoyelles Parish School Board Central Office to complete the retired employee athletic pass application.

Complete Fingerprinting

Fingerprinting is required as part of the pass processing procedure. A $30 fingerprinting fee is due at the time of processing.

Have Your Photograph Taken

A photograph will be taken during the in-person visit for identification and production of the athletic pass.

Fingerprinting Fee

The athletic pass is complimentary. The required $30 payment covers the fingerprinting process and is not a charge for the athletic pass itself.

Important Information

  • The retired employee athletic pass is provided at no cost.
  • A separate $30 fingerprinting fee is required during processing.
  • The application, fingerprinting and photograph must be completed in person.
  • The pass applies to regular-season home athletic events hosted by Avoyelles Parish Schools.
  • The pass is issued to the retired employee and is intended for personal use.
